About us

Our investment story began 10 years ago with purchase of standard family home to let, and subsequently diversifying into HMO's.  HMO's have historically carried a stigma due to their general standards and tenant types, however Engenius Properties have redefined this in local area by providing luxury co-living space where young working professionals are proud to live and call it their home. All projects have gone through significant refurbishment in order to secure their longevity.

Going forward the vision is to carry on acquiring and repurposing more properties to cater for the everchanging living needs.
